  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

For the toppings:

  • 4 pineapple slices (fresh or canned, drained)
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 4 brioche buns, toasted
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

For the teriyaki mayo:

  • ½ cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • ½ tsp sesame seeds

    I just made these again – just as good as the first time. Next I’m going to do them on a tortilla shell and add cut up pineapple and red onion with the Swiss cheese and teriyaki mayo
