Sheet Pan Nachos FAQs

How do you keep sheet pan nachos from getting soggy?

The best way to preserve the crispness of your chips is to use the cheese as a barrier. Add the cheese before the wetter toppings and it will protect the integrity of the chips.

What setting should my oven be on for nachos?

Your oven should be on 350°F for the perfect nachos. Avoid broiling as this will crisp the cheese and make it harder to pull apart.

How do you know when nachos are ready?

When the cheese is melted and oozing, you know your nachos are ready to eat.
