Borealis Bistro is the student-run restaurant associated with the University of Alaska Fairbanks Community and Technical College (CTC) Culinary Arts Program. Located in Fairbanks, Alaska, the program provides comprehensive training designed to prepare students for careers in the culinary industry. The UAF CTC Culinary Arts Program offers formal academic credentials, including a certificate and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Culinary Arts.
