Chicken Marinade:

  • 1.5 lbs chicken breasts or thighs , cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1-2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning (no salt added)
  • ½ tsp salt

Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce:

  • 4-6 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic ,minced
  • ¼ cup Parmesan ,grated
  • 2 tsp lemon juice (optional)
  • 3 tbsp fresh parsley (or cilantro) ,chopped
  • 1 small lemon sliced for garnish (optional)

  • In a large bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon pepper seasoning, and salt.
