  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy like almond or oat milk)
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp espresso powder (or instant coffee granules)
  • Pinch of sea salt

For the toppings:

  • Salted caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt

  • Pour in the milk and Greek yoghurt and stir well. If you’re using Greek yogurt. Mix until smooth.
  • Cover the jar or bowl with a lid or plastic wrap. Place in the fridge and let it sit for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • In the morning, give the oats a good stir. Add a drizzle of salted caramel sauce on top, a generous sprinkle of chocolate shavings, and a pinch of flaky sea salt.
  • Serve chilled or microwave for 30-60 seconds if you prefer it warm. Either way, it’s a luxurious start to your day!
